It is very difficult to tell when a dog is pregnant it's usually about 4-5 weeks into the pregnancy that you can start to see the signs of the belly getting bigger but even then you might find that she's carrying the puppies up high, they will start to hide their food as if to save it for when they need it, and if your unlucky she will choose your bed as her nest.
The only true way is to take her to the vet for a scan, because just feeling for the puppies isn't always possible. I once took my rotti to the vet to be told she was not pregnant only for the very next day to have 6 baby rotti's waiting for me and a very proud mum.
I hope this helps a little
