I've heard a lot of bad things about both. I'm trying to decide which is better for my family or maybe we don't even need milk at all.

soy is better for you..
and as a side note, dont you think its a little wierd to drink the milk of a cow?? did you know, we are the only mammals, out of all of them, that will drink the milk of a different mammal. all the health issues today, no one ever thinks about these simple things, no other animal was made to drink another animals milk, why do we think we are? there are some good vitamins and such in milk, but now that there are viable alternatives, its seems silly to continue with regular milk.

the cow milk is very good because have many protein, vitamin, and the human drink cow milk long long time ago.
soy milk is good but the cow milk is most complet than soy milk.
the child need drink milk maybe three times at week but the adult can drink one time a week or the time you want.
do you need eat fruit, meals, and protein

I believe soy is better, but does not taste better. I use skim organic milk for my family, but I use soy products from time to time. both very high in calcium and protein.

i like both.
you can develop allergies from either one.
you can start either one of them.
it's your personal choice.
calcium is very important and you want to avoid osteoporosis in the future!
(AVOID THE HUNCHNBACK LOOK when you get OLD!)
