Chevelle, Olds Cutlass, Pontiac Le Mans and Buick Sky Lark all use the same frame but some of the mounts are different. Check a junk yard for one but watch out for excessive rust that may weaken the frame.

There are some factors in an idle concern with a carburated engine. One, the gasoline- air combination isn't spectacular. your carb jets could be clogged. there are 2 jets or extra on a carburator. one for the throttle and one for idle. Your jets for the idle could be clogged or choose for alternative. there's a small screw on the carburator that adjusts the idle. 2, the transmission fluid needs to get replaced. if your transmissio fluid is previous or low, and your filter out is clogged, it could reason stalling of and idle engine. it is becaue that is not disengaging thoroughly whilst the motor vehicle is composed of a give up. your computerized transmission operates on fluid whilst fluid is previous, the shift factors, the impartial and idle disengagement does not ensue subsequently making your engine stall. take a screw driving force and notice in case you may alter the throttle idle screw to make sure if it is going to shop the vehicle at idle whilst in kit and at a give up.

Look at Malibu frames. With some possible motor mount variation, they should be very close.

..boo is right but 2-doors are special. Anythingelse won't work! '72 is the last year for this task.
