Unfortunately the frequency listing doesn't ever show exactly which one is the police frequency, but if you have a scanner you can ask at a Radio Shack store and they will usually be able to set up up with the exact details. It should be one of the "County of Columbia" frequencies.

Actually, not you don't need the police radio frequencies because what they are doing is really none of your business. Get a life and stop being a busy body. Frankly the only people who should have access to them are law enforcement and emergency personnel. They shouldn't even be sold to the general public.
