Coffee is dehydrating so you better drink enough water. But otherwise, the coffee is not too bad, it will make you more alert during your workout -unless you get all jittery.

Only if you drink enough water. But there was also a recent article that said drinking a cup of coffee before working out will help relieve muscle soreness. But in the words of my always right mom, always drink your water!

As with all things, moderation is the key. It is not bad to exercise after consuming caffine and it may even help you to exercise with a bit more intensity. 3 cups of coffee may be a bit much. It's diuretic effects (in regards to dehydration) are negligable.

lack of resourceful and prescient and stunting boost are both myths. i'm fourteen and six foot and that i have a cup or better of espresso an afternoon, regardless of the indisputable fact that my eyesight is amazingly undesirable. you'd be superb, do purely not make ingesting that a lot a habit. also, because caffeine dehydrates you, verify that you do drink copious quantities of water

The only worry is that coffee dehydrates you - so be sure and drink plenty of water.
