I have been basically the same weight all my life, except when I got pregnant.
I try and walk 30 minutes a day, everyday. I also do push ups and Pilate's one hundreds every morning.
I eat healthy and well balanced meals and snacks everyday. I don't eat or drink anything that is high in sugar, I eat carbs, but a small amount and make sure they are always whole grain. I eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
I also don't eat anything with hydrogenated oil. If you look at prepackaged food, you will see that they are very high in salt, carbs and fat.
I do let myself have some treats. Because I maintain my weight and eat very healthy, it means that I can enjoy, I eat popcorn, cake, cookies, ice cream, chips, etc..
All these products can be found made with natural ingredients.
Don't look at it as a diet, look at it as a lifestyle. When you are eating healthy and exercising, you don't need to diet.

Mentally? I see my family living unhealthy lives. That motivates me to do everything in my power to NOT become them.
Physically? I go to the gym frequently - 2 days on, one day off. I do cardio, weight training, abs, etc.
Nutritionally? I am a vegetarian, so that is REALLY helpful. I also do not eat a lot of processed foods. I love to eat fruit and veggies. I steer away from high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, etc.
Good question!

I eat to be healthy. No junk accept on occasion, like Superbowl weekend (DAAAA BEARS)
I don't look at eating as a way to lose weight, just a way to be healthy. Same goes for exercise.
