I hate to sound trite, but "get over him."
Listen to your parents. They've been there, and they've done that. They don't want you to repeat what they've experienced. If they think he is up to no good, then they probably see something you don't. With age comes experience. You'll look back on this and say, "Hey, they were right. Thanks!"

Your parents feel he is up to no good.. is he? Ask your parents how to get over him as you must be too young to decide on your own about who you date.

It will take time to get over him and move on. Just keep yourself busy and keep your mind occupied. Try spending time with friends and family, have some fun. Before you know it, you will meet someone you deserve and your ex will be history. Good Luck

What do you feel? Why do your parents feel this way? Have you talked it over with them, have you talked it over with him, find a way if its worth it to make everyone happy, if not, then you have no choice but to get over him.

sounds like u really like him...bt u dumped him over ur parents?? thats just dumb!! that just means that u didnt trust him enough..and that u choose him over ur parents.seriously i would feel like a jerk. and if he still liked me i'd apologise and try 2 get him back

but he was just your boyfriend or were expecting more from him?
That mean youy don't love him because your parents said such.... If you're in love you'd listen to no one but him...
