Yes, you have a whole life a head of you. If he really likes you then he should be able to wait. Plus most guys that age are'nt really interested in a relationship they only want that one thing from you. I know this because when I was twelve that's all guys wanted to date me for. By the way I'm 16.

Yes, way too soon to date.

Wait a few years. If he truly likes you he'll understand. If he doesn't, and gets all huffy and demanding, then he is looking for something other than a relationship.
