I am sending stamps as a gift to my friend in Belgium do I have to use the customs forms, the thing won't even fit the green sticky one help?

You need only use the customs form for packages, and for letters ONLY if they contain something inside of them. (And, in most cases, letters do not contain much else than the letter.)

Stamps? Don't worry about it. {:^)

Just put it in a letter with the correct postage.
If it doesn't fit, and over sized envelope.
The trick is that the Post Office doesn't care what is inside as long as you have enough money on and don't buy insurance.

merely the main appropriate quantity of postage... and as long as their isn't something in there different than paper i substitute right into a Mail Clerk while i substitute into stationed in Germany and while you're undecided, merely pass on your interior sight submit workplace. they are able to make it easier to be conscious of each little thing you are going to be conscious of.
