I need a recipe for stuffed hard salami . One recipe called for making a cone out of the salami then stuffing it with hummas. I don't like hummas. What else could I stuff them with? It could be a Greek or Italian theme.

I think this is what you're looking for:

SALAMI STUFFED WITH HORSERADISH CREAM

Here’s a delicious appetizer that’s easy to prepare. It can be prepared in the morning and will hold up well on a buffet. It’s the perfect finger food and the flavors work well with cocktails.
Serves 24 appetizers

24 slices hard salami
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons half & half
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 Tablespoons finely chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

With a paring knife positioned in the middle of each slice of salami, cut a slit from that point to the outside edge. Roll each slice into a cone so that the center of the salami slice becomes the point of the cone. Pinch each cone at the seam on the outside of the cone so that the cone does not unravel.
In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
Using a pastry bag with a star tip, fill the bag half full with the horseradish cream. Pipe the cream into each of the salami cones.
Place the cones in a single layer on a cookie sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
For a more festive presentation, stack the cones on a plate in the shape of a dome.

Take cream cheese and mix it with chives and a little milk. Or simply buy the whipped cream cheese w/chives available in the store. Roll the salami into cones and spoon in the cheese. Place the salami seam down on the platter. It's delicious and a crowd pleaser.

I fell in love with this appetizer at a party I went to!

Spread soft cream cheese on a thin slice of salami.... roll it up then stick a toothpick thru it with a spanish olive on top (the green ones stuffed with pimento). It looks great...and the tastes all work together well! I can eat tons of them!

Buy some 'easy melt' cheese, one package will do. While it is melting in a pot, add some salsa to give it some more flavor. Pour into an equal size bowl. On a separate plate, have cubed day-old bread, small pieces of fruit and either colored or plain toothpicks. The object is to use a toothpick to pick up a piece of bread or fruit, dip it into the warmed cheese, and try to get it to the mouth for consumption. There's an old saying that if your piece drops off the toothpick into the cheese, the owner of the toothpick must kiss the cook. Works for me!

Cream cheese and chives (if you like chives). Roll up the salami with a cream chees center. They're good.

You could stuff it with olive tapenade (a minced olive "relish"), that somtimes also contains feta cheese.
