Most of that stuff has to go in checked luggage if you have more than 3 ounces

I don't think these are a problem if packed in your big suitcases. It is just the hand luggage you have to be careful about. You should be able to get all this info on the official website of the airline with which you are travelling.

I would suggest that you visit the TSA website http://www.tsa.gov/ they have the complete list of what you can and can not bring on the aircraft in both your checked and carry on luggage.
