Why you lied to prove a point?
1. "Uses her real identity to scam welfare" must be legal to collect welfare. that statement does not make sense. Then you claim she is illegal.

Try reporting her to the authorities as a person commiting fraud by using a stolen identity. I believe stealing an identity is a crime. You will probably need a bit of evidence to convince someone though.

dude...you cant deport her...you need to have proof in YOUR POSSESSION to show INS ..... welfare fraud is not a deportable offense......nor is using anothers id....these are misdemeanors...read & get informed 1st.

Do you have a grudge against her? Think about why you think you want to do this? Did she refuse to go out with you? Then you are attempting to intimidate & harrass, stalk, her, then you are the one that would be prosecuted if this why YOU ARE DOING THIS!!!

Oh &by the way this is a crime for your...stalking/harrassment/initimidation....it is not only considered STALKING BUT A HATE CRIME, think about your reasons first....being a 2nd generation MEXICAN-AMERICAN I feel very strongly about issues like this,so I read the law, newspapers, the internet etc....

Call immigration, there is an number that you can call for social services and report fraud, the easiest way would be to call the Police and report the identity fraud.

Report where she is working and getting benefits from to the INS, as well as the welfare agency. Its fine if she wants to work hard, that's great, but cheating the system to take money? That's ridiculous, she should know better. Report her.

with our government favoring illegals over Americans it may be tough.....I would contact the person whose identity she is using then, in turn, they can get the law involved & let them take it from there....
