Where can I get rules on how small children should be secured in booster seats in an RV?

My two kids - are 5 and 7, both sit in belt-positioning booster seats. There are no seats in the RV that have shoulder belts. Where is the best place for the kids? Are lap belts enough? Should they even be traveling in the RV? Traveling would take place primarily in SC, GA and FL.
