ALL RIGHT. The recipes with the twelve different types of liquor are good, but I will tell you now they are not cheap. For two batches it's around $140-$200 and if your friends drink like fish as mine do, there's not nearly enough for everyone.

To cheap it down:

4 gallons of vodka

2 large cans of pineapple juice

2 large bottles of cranberry juice

2 large bottles of Sprite

2 large jugs of orange juice

1 small bottle of apple pucker

1 small bottle of watermelon pucker

4 limes (sliced)

4 oranges (sliced)

Pour all of that junk in a water cooler (like the Gatorade ones) or put it in one of those plastic totes and just have people dip thier cups in and get some juice.

Do not put ice in the coolor with the juice as it will water down the taste. Also, there's no need to soak the liquor into the fruit. We made ours and served it within a couple hours and everything was great.

This only cost around $80 for around thirty or so people to drink.

Good luck.

You should check out other answers on this site as well, but this one seems to be the most popular. It makes a TON (20 gallons!), which you could mix up in a new, scrubbed trash can or you could scale it down.

Jungle Juice

Jungle Juice is an incredibly potent drink, and this recipe will make up to 20 gallons. Use dry ice to keep it cold and stirred up.

1 L Everclear® alcohol
5.25 L (3 1.75L bottles) vodka
1 bottle peach schnapps
1 pint Bacardi® 151 rum
1 bottle 99 Apples® apple schnapps
10 L Sprite® soda
1 L Sunny Delight® orange juice
1 L triple sec
1.75 L bottle gin
1 bottle DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
4 bottles Boone's Farm® Strawberry Hill wine
8 L Hawaiian Punch®
2 containers orange juice concentrate
fruit (as much as desired)

Use a large container ie. ice chest or similar. Allow the fruit to soak in all the alcohol for about 4 - 12 hours. Add all the juice and let sit overnight. Serve the next day.

I believe proper jungle juice is made in a trash bin. Basically you add as much liquor as you can find, a ton of fruit and some Hawaiian Punch.

Let it soak overnight at least and enjoy!

The best part is eating the fruit afterwards!!

Also, try making The Filth!! Receipe:

1 bottle of the cheapest champagne you can find
1/2 fifth of really, really cheap vodka
4 Red Bulls

Inexpensive, and really tasty!! Plus it keeps you awake so you can drink more... while getting you very drunk.

the above recipes are very good, use them or simplify it by using fruit punch, sprite, orange/lime/lemon rums or vodkas, citrus fruits cut and added and instead of ice use a block of sherbert ice cream. keeps it cold and tasty as it melts. Simply add ingredients until you like the taste (tasting along the way is the most fun for me, I'm usually nicely buzzed before the party lol)

Yes, I agree with the other answers too, but one other way to make it interesting for parties is to start out with a 1.75 liter of vodka or rum and some juices, and tell every one to bring something to throw in there, say "juice, fruit, rum, or vodka".
