im sure you can. there is someone for everyone, some just need more time than others.
meanwhile, make sure you're happy about your self image. confidence is always a plus. dont be afraid to reflect your true personality, and always smile. dont worry, your time will come. =)

there r 2 possibilites
1) you're trying way too hard and pushing romantic emotions on every guy u meet. just try and be friends with guys and something might develop from there. and while your waiting for that special someone to come your guy friends can help u understand guys and get rid of some of your confusion on how we think.
2) your some little middle schooler who's too young to even wear bra(like alot of the girls who post these questions) and need to be patient and wait cause u don't need a boyfriend at your age.
u still need to think about why u want a boyfriend. is it just to fit in? to look like u can get guys? or do u seriously want a relationship with a guy to where u can stay committed?

Well, i think its probably because you're trying too hard.
Most people who are consciously aware of things will see the opposite to what they want usually happens... Its like watching a pot boil... The more you watch it, the longer it takes.
Same goes for guys... its cos you're too aware of not being able to get one... you probably think you're the reason, and that its your fault... which its not.
Everything happens for a reason... and chances are the love of your life is right around the corner. Dont have a negative attitude. You will get a bf when you're meant too... have patience and have faith!

why are you looking for one? It isnt like something that you shop for, or search for. Develop your own life, pursue your interests, your job, your family. The 'boyfriend' you want to find may be closer than you think, and you just havent noticed him yet!

Check amond your circle of friends. See who you can get closer to, someone who is also genuinely attracted to you too. Start there

prob cos u trying too hard, guys are pretty easy goiung but if ur chasing the interest is not there, try just having fun and seeing where it leads.
