I've been wondering how does one call this sensation that runs all over our skin and body like a flow of energy created intencionally or not...
If i focus I can create this sensation on me without touching myself, i really don't know how to name this, but when this happens i usually get chicken skin...
hope somebody can help me find the term because i was curious in knowing more about it in regards to one's health....thanks

maybe i could call it shivers up and down the spine
i can make these shivers every time i want

i think i know what you mean. its like chills and your body gets all tingly and "fuzzy" as i call it. happens to me from time to time, usually when im happy or excited, just random otherwise. i don't know what it's called either really
