I normally play rugby, train atleast once aweek and go to the gym or play squash. at the moment all i can seem to manage is a game of squash once a week. I sleep well but i seem to wake up tired. I seem to get out of breath alot easier than normal. I have coeliac disease but i stick to a gluten free diet and i eat healthily.
I just don't have any energy no matter what I do.......

You might be deficient in Iron. I felt like that a while ago, dead lethargic all the time. I took Haliborange multi-vitamins with Iron and they perked me up no end

I play football, train twice a week and play matches on Sundays. I play Tennis on Saturdays and go to the gym whenever I've got the time (about once a week). That said and amongst other activities and work too, it's pretty normal to feel a bit tired. But the key is to always enjoy what you do and not push yourself if you don't feel 100%.

May advice would be to make sure you eat healthily, take a break (e.g. a week's holiday off work) and sort yourself out. Don't let anything to do with health linger. It's most probably nothing, but who knows in a couple of years time.

Taking extra vitamines, etc, is not the solution if you are diet is already healthy. But it sounds lke you're physically over-tired. Chill out! Give yourself some free time and a bit of TLC!

It is seasonal. Everyone I know is suffering from lethargy etc at this time. Just as the seasons are becoming more uncertain, it is affecting us as well. NOT seasonal Affection Disorder (or whatever it is called) as I am sure this is just another medical terminology for laziness. You'll be all right once the sun starts shining!!

You could be suffering from depression - it could be that SADS thing (Seasonal Affected Disorder Sydrome). So many people get low and depressed in the winter and it can cause so many symptoms. However, if you really are concerned go and see your doctor to be on the safe side.

I'd be inclined to think you've been overdoing things, and your body is telling you to slow down. See your doctor anyway and he might give you a tonic, good luck.

sounds like you are lacking in iron and zinc. I would get my blood checked also it could be a thyroid problem.
