I have never lied to woman or any people for the most part in my life. When it comes to some things being better "left unsaid" I can try to avoid a topic.
When I have told the truth I have been punished. In one case, divorced.
By being open and honest with my girlfriend of late I am finding it only gets you in the doghouse sometimes.
You ladies are teaching men to lie! Which I would have never considered in the past. Your not supposed to be punished for telling the truth.. but sadly I am starting to learn "Why men lie".. :(

I would rather have a man tell me the truth then lie to me even if the truth hurts still it want hurt as bad as a lie.
It depends on what u tell us the truth on sometimes the truth hurts just as bad as a lie.

Maybe it is not so much the lie that we expect but a simple stretch of the truth or hiding something that may hurt us if we know. A lie is deceitful your right and no people should not lie to each other in a relationship and me and my bf practice that faithfully even when it hurts, but then again we know we are meant to be so that sometimes helps the pain of it all. Hang in there you should stick to your guns by not lying and that special someone will come into your life that will love and resoect you for it. Good luck! God Bless!! Claire

Lying has nothing to do with this.
What are you DOING that causes you to come clean? I believe you are thinking..or going about this all wrong.
You're obviously commiting some major transgressions in your relationship. This is your MAIN problem. If you are not guilty of commiting these infractions....than you wouldn't have to come clean? Get it?
So, I am not going to applaud you or pat your back, dude.
Yeah, while I appreciate that you are truthful, but you're truthful about something bad....kind of an oxymoron.

no women dont like to be lied to who does?? and we arent "teaching" men to lie everyone learns at a very young age if you do something wrong you will be punished for it!!! maybe its about time you start changin your ways then you wouldnt have to be punished or result in lying, white lies are sometimes ok like when asked does my bum look big in this of course the answer is no!!! learn from your mistakes!! lying wont solve anything you'll get caught out in the end and this will just get worse from there!!!

YOU'RE SAYING WE WOMEN ARE GETTING YOU TO LIE? "YEAH RIGHT". MAYBE YOU FEEL THE NEED TO LIE CAUSE YOU "GOT PUNISHED" I THINK YOU GOT PUNISHED CAUSE OF WHAT YOU DID NOT WHAT YOU SAID. ITS ALWAYS BETTER TO TELL THE TRUTH. THE TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT ANYWAY. LIVE A GOOD LIFE AND DONT LIE.
