Get him a more subtle card and write in it hey I like you and thanks for our friendship. I hope we can keep our friendship for the years to come. Happy vallentines day my dear friend. Some thing like that. And no guy can turn down chocolates at least most of us. Ladies wake up call here most men are more chocoholics then y'all women are. LOL. good luck and happy love day girls.
