A gallon of milk because cream floats to the top.

Is gallon a weight measurement or volume measurement? If it's weight - then the same (obviously). Otherwise I would say cream because it is denser than milk. Higher density = more weight. Noone I know talks in gallons anymore......

May be Milk because of water content. Gallon is volume and does not relate to weight. Cream being solid than milk weighs less because of dryness I suppose.
But definitely don't know. Please let me know.

I would think the cream would be heavier as it is more "solid" or thicker than milk. But truly i have no idea.

Whichever is denser. Cream.
Now if the question were what weighs more: a pound of milk or a pound of cream, the answer would be neither.
