I could have sworn I heard that there was a connection many years ago- such as the hotel having been named by Muslim owners of the parent company or something. I'm just wondering if anybody knows anything about this. The web has not been helpful. Thanks!

I have studied the spiritual side of Islam, but not all the rules and regulations
that man has imposed through Islam. But I would venture to guess they are
similar, as I enjoy the meanings of words.
A ramada is actually a place where one can stretch out and relax. Like at a vacation resort. So one might say Ramadan is a time to relax from the drudgery of life and focus on ones spiritual needs.

The question is indeed provoking.

America must support Israel because the battle today is between Radical Islamism and the West. The expressed ideal of Ahmadinejad, Bin Laden, and all the Muslim terrorists is to Islamize the whole world.

There is only one nation in the Middle East that America can count on to resist this terrible program, and that country is Israel.
