Yes they do. The whitening process provided by dentists in the dentist offices are quite expensive so if you want to try the over the counter ones, you should.
You can also use toothpaste that is "ultra whitener" and the usual brands carry them for daily use Colgate, Crest, and the new kid on the block Arm and Hammer. They are the manufacturers of baking soda and are the generally known experts in the whitening field for clothes.

Give them all a try. Nothing to lose.

I have been using Crest Whitening Mouth Wash and Crest Whitening Tooth Paste, and I can really tell a difference, so yes, I think they work.

Probably...if they contain peroxide. But my dentist sternly told me not to use a teeth whitening toothpaste except just once a week and no more. He said it actually eats away at the enamel. Well, in my case.....the 'porcelain' on my teeth(I have veneers..and not for vanity sake either).

theres one u can buy in the stores.. its called strawberries.. if u brush ur teeth with Strawberries ull whiten and brighten ur teeth in no time, trust me.

i used crest white strips and they worked great for me....ive gotten compliments on my teeth too

you should try and brush your teeth with peroxide it works really good just dont swallow it lol
