I never used "Tax Cut" (HR Block). I always used "Turbo Tax" and works well but the price is $39.99. Where as Tax Cut is $24.99.
What is the major advantage of "Tax Cut" over "Turbo Tax"? Is it really worth of spending more on Turbo Tax or Tax Cut is as good as Turbo Tax? For e-filing how much "Tax cut" charges?

I've used both. There's no significant difference between the two -- your tax liability will come out the same regardless of which one you use.

For e-filing, Tax Cut charges $15.95 per return or $31.90 if you file your State and Federal through them. They do offer an "E-File" version that will save you $2.00.

IMHO, Turbo Tax doesn't offer anything compelling for their extra $15.00

I've used both over the years. They are pretty much the same. In recent versions, Turbo Tax has been "rated" higher only because it has a slightly better user interface. Not enough that you'd notice or care, in my opinion.

Many people have left Turbo Tax because, a few years back, they put spyware in their product that was impossible to remove (even when TT was deleted).

I've switch to TaxCut because it works, is cheaper, comes with H&R Block's audit assistance (luckily not needed). It helps me do my taxes, which is what I'm paying for. I'm not using it for retirement planning, to get advanced tax help (I can read an IRS document when they tell me which one), or watching videos of "experts."

However, if you're someone that likes the videos, extensive help documents, and other "adds-ons," you might find that TT is a better choice.

If you do the online version of TurboTax it's cheaper than what you stated and the e-filing is included.

I've never used TaxCut either, I use the completely free version of TurboTax since I qualify (make under $52,000 a year).
