Do a lot of fights happen in lounges, or is it more of a bar thing?

Most fights happens in bars where there are alot of inebreated people are hanging out at. Lounges, at least the ones up north are more laid back. They consist of going into a fairly dim room and just sitting down and talking to females and such while you driink. The lounge scene(at least in the north) is alot more laid back than any bar. Some even have bands come and play once in a while. Whereas bars(no matter where you go) there are sometimes guys there they frequent that particualar bar, and will try to pick a fight with you just because you dont seem to fit in that setting. I dont frequent bars because SOME have become territorial grounds for guys that want to get drunk and start trouble with an outsider. Lounges are a lot nicer. Clubs on the other hand are a mix of the two.

I haven't seen a bar fight in over twenty-five years; I doubt they happen that much. In regards to bar vs. lounge, they generally to different people. There's probably less fighting in a lounge.

Any place people drink together can conjure up a fight.
Lounges seem to be a bit more civilized - people normally only fighting for a place to sit comfortably.
The younger the crowd, the more likely a brawl.

Anywhere there is alcohol there is fighting. Something about it makes folks think they are 10 feet tall and bulletproof. My advice is to hang around sober people.
