Well, the government of the United States (America is a continent) does not make weapons. Companies within the United States make weapons. There are nations that are allowed to buy weapons. Israel is a nation, Lebanon is a nation, Hezbollah is a terrorist group that openly claims responsibility for suicide bombs, truck bombs, and other incidents that involve the killing of innocent civilians. When the nation of Israel was attacked (over and over again) and its soldiers kidnapped, it responded.
The vast majority of the former iraqi regimes weapon systems at the time of Operation Iraqi Freedom were french, german and russian. The U.S. weapon systems sold to iraq in the 80's were mostly gone.
I dont know what u were trying to get at with that question, but i think this is the answer.

Are you ignorant on purpose? Where the hell do you get your information? These terrorists get most of their weapons from Iran and Syria. The bombs that are being used in Iraq to kill Americans are bing made by Muqtada al-Sadr and his Shiite factions right there in downtown Baghdad. Do a little research before you point fingers, Jethro. Learn how to talk and form sentences a little better, too. Spelling studies wouldn't hurt, either.

Quiet the contrary, Russia is the main supplier of weapons to Iran and Lebanon. America is more so criticized for supplying weapons to Israel, not Iran and Lebanon.
