'Cause he's just a scientist and we're his lab rats... At the moment he's testing a new shampoo.

Or maybe he's seeing how good we are. I'm told a B is good enough to get into Heaven University. Fortunately Hell Community College will take pretty much anyone. It's always good to have that fallback option.

Do you not have to take a test if you want to enter into a university,or the marines, navy,Air force,to be a surgeon, etc. Why, not just anybody can be a marine,go to a certain university. You give nothing you get nothing,You more you give of yourself the more you get back. You cannot be given something as great as the kingdom of heaven if you fail the test that is required for you to enter, otherwise it wouldn't be Heaven, the test of selflessness giving ones heart to Jesus to become one like him,is priceless, far greater than any university,Marine, etc.

Because when we get to the pearly gates the gatekeeper (whose name escapes me) is going to ask us some really difficult questions from Deuteronomy. Like: how many Goats did Esau have? If you can't answer, you will be dispatched off to hell in a jiffy, and probably without your supper. Hope that clarifies things...

Our conception of God is only what we were taught. You have to look beyond that, that is why you asked the question it means you are starting to question what you wrere taught, which means you are growing and learning that what we learn is not the real truth. Look inside you its the only truth you will ever find.

When you find out, let me know, 'cause I've got no clue! All I know is that someone who truly loves and trusts a person won't "test" him. To "test" someone is ultimately setting him up to fail.

Exactly how are the tests conducted ?

God tests us so that we can learn our limits and learn how to improve ourselves. It is not so He can see what we will do; He already knows. By tests, we learn how to deal with situations; it makes us stronger. He is all knowing.

1. Blessed be He in Whose hands is Dominion; and He over all things hath Power;-

2. He Who created Death and Life, that He may try which of you is best in deed: and He is the Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving;-
