That is a dependent question. Who is the terminally ill person, someone I know or a complete stranger. While I'd like to sound noble and say yes I would do it, the truth is harder and more self centered. It would really depend on who the person is, and whether I like or respect the person, even then giving up sex, I just don't know.

Depends on who that terminally ill person was. I would do it for my wife or kids. Not for a stranger.
