I hardly get hungry.
I miss hunger so much.
When I'm not hungry and I eat,I will eat until the upper part of the tummy is bigger than the lower part.I won't stop eating until that happens.
I feel so sick...

it is good to eat only when u are hungry, also u should eat 1/2 ur intestine, 1/4 water, and 1/4 of air should be left at ur stomach, for having a good digestion, if u feel hunger often, u can drink plenty of water say 7-8 litres a day, and some raw fruits and veg, try this u wont feel sick.

you need to just eat several SMALL meals a day even if you dont feel hungry.
