Having my arm restrained for a Blood Test. How will it be done ?

Because i always pull my arm away from the needle - The Nurses are going to restrain it.

How will they restrain my arm ? Scared !!

the board you lay your forearm on will have velcro straps, no worry ...say the alphabet and it will be over before you know it

They'll just strap it to the chair. It'll be ok! Just don't look and remember to breathe!
