Marmite! Or just buy the Marmite flavoured / coated ones.
A small scraping of sandwich pickle (with the smaller lumps) and sprinkle of grated cheese is good too.
Or a thin spread of houmous and finely chopped celery on top.

I like the Snack-a-jacks caramel flavoured jumbo ones. Makes them much more bearable to eat and nice on their own. A low fat but sweet snack.

Back when I ate them, I'd put cream cheese and a sprinkle of garlic salt on them for flavor. I guess that totally negates how healthy they are, huh?

the last time I had rice cakes we fashioned a cricket bat from and old lump of wood and took turns hitting them over the ships side... rice cakes, yerk.
