I just wanted to clarify with you something I said to you while we were working together last year, so as there is no misunderstanding between us. If you recall the time when I asked you if you wanted to hook up and have a break from all the work and study - I did not realize at the time that the loosely used term 'hook up' could have been perceived as a sexual reference to some and I don't blame you if this was the case. I apologize. I often use this slang (which I'm going to stop using now to minimize embarrassment) to mean lets go for a coffee or the like. It was just a small gesture so I could get to know you more - as you may already know you intrigue me with the things I've seen you do.

if you received an email like this what would your reaction/thoughts be?

It seems nice, but truly, that was a year ago? Just let it go already. The proper time for such a clarification would have been shortly after it happened, not a year later.

I would probably be thinking that you seem like a nice guy...but that maybe you think too much! Lol. Like you, I use the words "hook up" for a lot of things - not usually sexually, actually probably not ever, sexually. But if someone was offended by you saying this then I'm guessing that they would appreciate this email.

You've go nothing to lose by sending it. Your just explaining yourself, so that she knows where you were coming from and so that you can both be on the same page. People are often worried that they might look stupid after sending emails like this, but personally - I think the world would be a better place if people sent more emails like this!

Just do it I say!

At least your conscious will be clear and you wont regret not saying it, when you had the chance.

Good luck :)

I'd think it was an extremely sweet gesture to want to explain yourself to me.. it is proof that I'm not just anybody i may actually mean something.. it is also a big indicator that you do not think with ur d!ck as most men do and so it is lessening the frustration that women feel when they think men just want them to have a "quickie" (please excuse the pun) lol as well its showing thoughfulness as you want to get to know me more and it shows that you have been watching me more closely because i seem to intrigue to with the things i do.. overall a really nice email would of made my day! lol verrryyy good! = D

Does it rather matter extensive form if neither be attentive to what to do with it? no!!! and the place did the face are available to play...thats a thoroughly seperate question... i might fairly hook up with the sturdy looking in the face skinny due with a huge schlong as long as he knew the thank you to apply it.... yet better than possibly i could be attracted to the buff dude with the small penis...and with any luck he'd be attentive to what to do together with his tongue...palms...etc.

I must have made an impression on you if you are still thinking about that now. I'd be a little flattered and would accept your apology.

I would be enamored. for a guy to say he's sorry for any misrepresentation, that's almost a miracle.
but it's worded perfectly, and if i were the one it was sent to and if you are a guy, i would probably be so taken aback, that i would want to 'hook up' with you.........for tea.

I would think that you were a nice guy trying to make amends for something you think offended me.
I would respect you for doing so.

I'd think it was quite nice you were still thinking about what you'd said and also kind of you to try to explain.
