Depends what it is clogged with?
*mucous - try garlic and horseradish tablets, will dry it up in no time
*some sort of obstruction - get a CT scan to check for a cyst
*abnormally large adenoids - can always be removed. See an Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Specialist

If a nostril has been clogged for many months, you should go to an Ear,Nose and Throat doctor. It could be a growth in there, like a tumor. And if it isn't, at least he will know the source of your problem and give you some advice. Go ahead and go to the doctor! Good luck!

You could try a decongestant medication, but if that doesn't work, then you should go see a doctor - an ENT (ear nose throat) specialist would be best.
