Defence is the only area where reservation should be totally banned. It is merit that alone should be the criteria for recruitment.

As far as I know, I am very sure that there has been no reservations of any kind till January 2007 in the army. Only the best are selected, and the best can be of any caste or religion. But there is reservation for NCC cadets(the best ones)This policy of the army sd. be followed by every organisation in India so that politicians cannot take advantage. You may have failed when competing with a Muslim & feel like blaming the army & the govt. for this. If someone is better than you,why don't you accept gracefully.As a true Indian You should.

This kind of appeasement bluff is going on for 60 years and now the community is totally isolated. Then there is a blame that they are not integrating in to the mainstream. Just go and have a look at the police and army. How many Muslims do you find?.Touch your conscience and say wheather the community is targeted or not?. One got to be fair and 200+ million can not be branded as terror suspects. Any way, i believe this is another eye wash.

i think of you're right, so as that all and sundry muslim exchange into united and march an assault in the direction of something they do in comparison to. The sort of muslims in indian military are indian not muslims or Al-Qs.. concerning the reservation : while bullet comes from gun it does tests which caste or faith you belong to..

terrible thinking by congress , only for collection of vote purpuse , one side they called them as secular party & other side they are working as communal party .
