No, but did you know, by the fact you noticed there wasn't enough money makes you criminally responsible for stealing. Don't worry though, because it's a little-enforced irregularity in the UK law. Come on, how many times have we been given change for a 20 when you only given them a 10, then smiled and pocketed it??! I know I'm guilty of that!

if you have your tax disc and it is validated then end of story. you say you paid £55 this is the correct amount for a band c car anyway.
