Phentermine works great. If your doctor will prescribe it. I can't find an online site that'll write a script for it.
Carb blockers help too.

if you are really overweight i.e really obese then yes diet pill could be an option.
i have heard of diet pill you can get from the Dr i think it helps by suppressing your appetite.
be you can't just take them and expect the weight to fall off you -have to exercise and diet
a sensible diet, followed by an half hours walking everyday would be far better for you, try weight watchers ive heard so many good things about them.
i know it's hard when you've got loads of weight to lose, especially if you like me where the weight doesn't come off as easy as it does for other people but go on a diet instead please it's so much better for you

I hear that trim spa is a good one. But the best is watching what you eat and working out. I have tried so many diet pills but have had bad experiences with them. Then a month ago i have been on a 1500 calorie diet and working out (not working out as much as I would like but I ill get there) I have lost 10 Pounds in a month and it feels great to know that I am doing it a healthy way. Good luck with you weight lost.

Yes you do loos weight with pill, but when you stop you put it all back on and even more. Try the natural way.
Eat less
Eat healthy
walk rather than drive/bus
Use stairs rather than lifts.
