If you are dehydrated, any type of fluid intake is good for you and can relieve a headache. If you are not dehydrated and have a tension/stress headache, then no - fluid intake will not be the cure and you should lay down in a quiet room, close your eyes for a few moments, and the tension should get better.

These idiots aren't drinkers, they just hear things from friends and repeat them, they are too lame to get out there and ***** drink and really experiment with the best cures for a hangover, yep they are posers, they can only adress one symtom, because they are the dumbasses with the ******* avatards! for the headache, take a towel, a big towel, soak it in water, put it into the microwave for about 1 min, fold it up depending to where your headache is, and keep it around your neck and where it hurts, and at the same time, pinch lightly and rub the pressure point between your pointer and thumb, if too dumb to find it, look it up. lightly pinch and massage in circles, smoke some weed, not too much to make you cough, that can make you hurt more, but get a good buzz, then drink pedialite. 15 mins later, you are good as gold! and if any of these pussy's reply to this and say marijuana bad!!! **** you, you are probably a republican, and still support Bush. It doesn't take much to realize that Republicans are the Empire, and Democrats are the Rebellion, Cheney is the emperor, and Bush is darth vader. republicans have not done anything good, if they say they do, there is something more to it that you can contradict them with. Don't vote for McCain, he is hiring most of Bush's old administration, you want to watch our country lose more face and look more evil? The United States Government planned the devastation on 911, yes the world trade centers, if you disagree, look at the proof, and if you have and still don't believe it, you a douche bag and it is people like you that should be castrated by a militia! That's right, and **** the gossiping middleaged overweight women, because they turn into the old ladys that buy a poodle, get matching haircuts with the poodle, and route through your trash to see what you are up to, and they tend to hate kids that aren't related to them, oh they also hit people on the roads and always say, "you must have been really speeding" We need to cut their heads off or send them on a ******* piece of ice like the eskimos!

If your headache is due to withdrawal from sugar. Then Gatorade will reduce the pain.

But if you find that having sugar to combat headaches works for you, then you might want to look at your sugar intake. Too much sugar creates chemical dependency. Like a drug.

I would suggest you eat a normal meal (with protein & carbs) like an egg on toast, drink more liquids (water preferrably), and cut down on sugars. Make sure you are getting your rest too.

Headaches are generally due to lifestyle issues.

Since headache is commonly caused by dehydration, Gatorade certainly could be of help.
