Well once upon a time i would have said yes, but i have been mislead so many times thinking that a guy likes me because he kept looking at me out of the corner of his eye. I say if you like him and he keeps looking at you go over and start a conversation, if you get the vibe carry on if you don't and he makes it clear that he is not interested then say good bye and move on.

That could go many different ways, One they could just have a serious starring problem, they could yes have an interest to get to know who you are, or last of all you could just look like a really hot booty call in the near future!
