if i exercise once in the morning (about an hour) and at night too (2 hours) is that ok for you im a 16 yr old female

It all depends. If you're really going hard with the intensity for both of those sessions, then I would say you're setting yourself up for a big crash eventually. The thing to realize is that excessive exercise stresses the central nervous system (CNS). If your CNS goes into overdrive, eventually your body will go into a state of shock, and all sorts of nasty things can happen. Your metabolism can start to slow, you stand a chance of actually gaining fat and retaining water through stress, your sleep patterns can get messed up, the list is endless. So, to answer your question, the workout regimen you've described is a bit over the top. Exercising once a day (moderately) should be fine at your age, but don't push it harder than that.

I would say that is too much but you could ask your GP or ask some one at the gym and they should know the answer for you.
I think a hour a day is enough for you but then I'm not qualified to tell you what is good for your body and what is not.
