Hi,
Would you consider a detox to gain weight? My fren gained 4kg with 3 mths. Her sis also gained 6kg within a mth doing a detox.
All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)

Well fast? I don't know. However, to gain one pound you should eat an additional 3500 calories per week. Walmart sells a nutritional drink called "nutritional shake plus" by equate. It contains 360 calories and has lots of vitamins and protein. You could drink one a day and gain about 1.5 pounds in two weeks. It is in a small container and can increase your body mass without eating lots of food (which can make you nauseas). Good Luck!

Have larger size helpings of food at meals and keep nutritious snacks readily available. Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein food like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. Well, first of all, it's important to distinguish good weight from the bad. Good weight is lean tissue, i.e. muscle. Bad weight is fat. It's pretty easy to add fat to your body, all you need to do is eat more calories than your body burns. Increase your portion sizes from your regular intake, decrease the amount of exercise you perform, and you'll put weight on. From the weight you've given, you probably would stand to put some fat on your frame, especially as it relates to your boobs (remember that boobs consist almost entirely of fatty tissue). So the good news is if you gain some fat, some of it will go to your boobs.
