This one is soo easy but elegant and really good! It doesn't have a name cuz I made it up at a salad bar, and now I make it every time!!
You can name it after yourself if you want.
baby spinach leaves, crumbled goat cheese, chopped walnuts (glazed ones if you can find 'em, or plain is fine) and dried cranberries.
for dressing, zinfandel viniagrette.
Oh and here's another one thats just as easy --again, baby spinach, sliced strawberries, poppy seeds, and zin vinaigrette.

Grilled Vegetable Salad
1 Zucchini, chopped
oregano
1 Eggplant, chopped
balsamic vinegar
2 red bell peppers
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
basil
Toss all vegetables in a little olive oil. Make sure that everything is coated. Grill all vegetables until cooked through. Add fresh basil and about 2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
You could also do a simpler one - Arugula with grilled onions and warm bacon.Just add olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a dressing. This is delicious!

try a chopped salad.
With your favorite lettuce and all the usual fixing, but cut it all in small pieces.
Try adding some apples or pears and some sunflower seeds.
Toss the whole salad with some italian dressing and just before you serve top with crumbled gorgonzola cheese or freshly shaved parmesan cheese.
