Looks and feels like my teeth's enamel is getting eatin away..
this is my front teeth, i have healthy diet and calcium intake.

is there something to eat to make the teeth surface smooth again ? its kinder rocky... everything is healthy part from that..

See your dentist. Often a rough surface is plaque build up, but if you have something else going on, you should have it diagnosed and treated before you lose any teeth.

From the pictures it is hard to diagnosis, but it kinda (because the pic is blurry) looks like you have pits in your enamel, this can be genetic- if left untreated will lead to decay because the protective barrier is missing. See a DDS and have it checked, they can apply composite over it if needed.

these are enamel pores as ur enamel is not well mineralised u have pits on surface of the tooth. causes r many one of the cause may be the excess fluoride content in drinking water.. these can be filled using resin material called composite restorative materials...get it done as they are on ur front teeth to improve the appearance..

Looks like early signs of tooth decay!! However it also looks like a build up of tartar! Go to the dentist for a check up, and scale and polish
