For second hand stuff you could try a scrap-yard or a company related to one. If you don't want to buy new from the manufacturer, they're often a great source of spares. All you need to find is a place that's got a written-off Almera with no wheel damage!

Get your local Yellow Pages, a phone, and a pot of strong coffee. Ring all the breakers within travelling distance (let your fingers do the walking). Boring but true.

If ya can't find any on eBay, try Craigslist.org. I've had luck finding stuff there.
