And walking uphill even more so. By keeping up a quick pace you are using the stroller as resistance.

By pushing the stroller, you are adding force/intensity to your workout - as apposed to walking on your own, so technically by increasing the intensity, yes you burn more calories. But make sure you aren't walking slower than you would normally because of the stroller, otherwise its not really an added benefit, it would be the same as walking faster without it.

yes, as you are exerting more effort.

drinking very cold water burns more calories too but not that much to make any difference.

any physical activities and even sleeping burns calories.
The best exercise to do to lose weight is the exercise you actually do! that treadmill makes a nice clothes rack but that won't help you if you don't use it
