hey, life is like that sometimes. sadness is just a natural process. after all, without sadness there can be no happiness. it helps to talk to someone whom you can relate to(e-mail me @ faiqah_rizliana@yahoo.com) or find a friend or adult that you can trust. but remember, you have to fight your battles, but that doesnt mean you have to suffer in silence.

First it would benefit yourself to figure out what exactly is making you sad.
Make a list.
Now delete from the list everything you have no control over whatsoever.
Next delete from the list everything you can not change, even if you tried.
If, then, you are left with anything on your list decide what you need to do to make it better for ourself. Remember, you are responsible for your happiness, not anyone else.
There is always someone out there that is a heck of a lot worse off than you are. Consider that and hold your head up and move forward. It is your life and you need to make the best of it, everyday!

I start with taking care of myself. That sound cliche, I know. But if you exercise even 15-20 minutes a day and eat healthy, you will feel better. Then, recognize that time heals most pains. If after a few weeks of a let down, you just can't move on, either seek counseling or see your doctor.

Think positively. If it's over the loss of someone I think of the good times spent with them :)

by dealing with what makes you sad, don't block it out, but don't let it control your life because sadness for me is an opportunity to further my knowledge and wisdow of what i don't understand but only you can pull your self out of it and be able to know that it pulls you to geting to know your self

It might sound odd to you, but it works. The best thing to do is find someone who is in worse shape than you are and to give them help.

Learn to cope with it. Sometimes the best thing is to cry away your tears.

You have to do things that make you happy. Working out, running, listening to your favourite music.
