There is a false prophet going around at the moment claiming that God told her in a vision a few years ago that the rapture is going to happen in September this year. There is so many false prophets around today it is not funny. Choo Thomas maybe another one, she has a book out call Heaven is so real. I do not believe the rapture will happen next year never alone this year. And when the rapture does not happen this year people are going to give her a lot of trouble. That is what you get for being a false prophet. The time for Jesus to come is not yet. Many more things have to happen first. Yes I believe Jesus might return within 200 years, but not this generation. If the time was right for Jesus to rapture the church now he would. It is obvious that God is not ready to send his Son yet, why can't Christians realise this. When God is ready to send Jesus he will, not one second before. This goes to prove you cannot believe everything you read or hear.

Jesus said if anybody tells you the end is near do not follow them, as false prophets and teachers will arise to decieve even the elect if possible. Do you agree?I do

What does the Bible say about the eminent return of Jesus? That the generation (anywhere from 40 - 120 years) that sees the reestablishment of Israel and the city of Jerusalem under Jewish rule would not pass without seeing Jesus return.

Israel was reestablished as a country in 1948. Jerusalem was liberated in 1967.

Doing the math, the return of Jesus could be anywhere from 1988 to 2087.

There are no other events that have to take place in order for Jesus to return.

All answers are in the Bible.

Why September? critical events in Jesus' ministry have occured near key feasts in Jewish customs. The next feast would be the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh o shana [sp?]), which occurs in September. (just threw that out there for you to consider).

PS: Many try to state that Revelation has already occured. When, then, did Nero adopt a marking system for purchasing and buying of goods? Never. So, there are still some events in Revalation that have to occur.

First of all I don't believe in a women in the ministry, There is woman that can be a prophetess, But not a Prophet, This woman you speak of, I don't know her, But I will not put any faith in her, Because, she has set a month, way before that month gets here, & The Bride will only know about the coming of the Lord. & not the whole world, The whole world will know about Jesus & his Bride coming back in Rev 19:14 with his Bride to rule & reign, But the Rapture is for the Bride only & that is when Crsit comes in the spiritual form to take his Bride to the marriage supper. I will disagreed with you about this not being the generation that sees Chrsit return, This is the Generation that will see it. The Generation that saw Israel become a state is the one that will also see the coming of the Lord. God's Time frame is Israel & Jerusalem.

The only thing I believe is the Bible and what it says in Revelations about the end of time. No one knows when it will be....only God Himself. You are right about many things have to happen first. Keep your eyes on the Word of God and not false prophets.

I'm not sure if you are saying that the Rapture definitely wont happen thi year? If so, how would you know? Isn't it just as bad to say it definitely won't as it is to say it definitely will?

If the person you were talking about ties the day into the feast of the trumpets, then they might be on the right track, but we'll see. won't we? lol

There will be many false prophets before Jesus returns to earth. No man knows, that includes women too.

Well, I know one thing is for certain, if someone predicted the end of the world will happen in September of this year then I know for a fact 100% sure that it will NOT happen then.
We are told we will not know the date or the hour, how sad it is that people think they can go against God's Word.

As I continue to search knowledge, I feel Mohammad had a false dream...........and now they are waiting for Mahdi. To me much of what Mahdi will do parallels the anti-Christ.

But as far as "End Times"..........no one knows when and I think it's sad that so many are focused on this "rapture" thing when all should just be walking in the way of the Lord and following his commandments.
Enjoy life that God gave you and walk in his ways.
Peace be with you.

The Apocalypse Of Saint John
Chapter 22
16 I Jesus have sent my angel, to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and stock of David, the bright and morning star. 17 And the spirit and the bride say: Come. And he that heareth, let him say: Come. And he that thirsteth, let him come: and he that will, let him take the water of life, freely. 18 For I testify to every one that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book: If any man shall add to these things, God shall add unto him the plagues written in this book. 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from these things that are written in this book. 20 He that giveth testimony of these things, saith, Surely I come quickly: Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

The word "rapture" appears nowhere in the Bible.
"End times" and "rapture" people have been crying wolf about this nonsense for CENTURIES.

It's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. EVER.

Why can't people just grow up?! Any sane, intellectual person can tell you that this sort of thing is nonsense, and to live your life in fear about it is a waste.

The "Rapture" is a myth. Do not read the Book of Revelation literally. It was written in code to help the early Christians who were suffering and about to die. Writing in code was very common back then.
