Cold. Hot water on my teeth feels weird.

Cold because ur toothbrush will go soft and it doesn;t feel like cleaning the teeth propeerly on warm or hot water making bristle too soft, giving the teeth the feeling of being smudged instead of cleaned...

also floss before u brush :)

I brush my teeth in cold water only but when I go to hill stations during winter season I use hot water. Really speaking hot or cold does not make any difference to cleaness but its the temparature that decides the water we are using. Our mouth & teeth are not clothes to use boiling water & soap to make them whiter.
