I have an ex girlfriend that I still want to be friends with. We dated for almost a year and we were really close. She always says she wants to be friends, but if I talk to her normal and nice, she always is realllly mean to me and basically calls me an idiot. Why is this? Should I just ignore her? I don't like her any more, but she spreads rumors about how I am obsessive, which is obviously not true. Why does she do all this?

It's very difficult for in couple to remain friends after they are no longer a couple.
I think she is up set about something in your past.
Blow it off, it's just a sign of immaturity.
Just be you... kind loving and supportive but move on.

if she is doing all of these things to you that only means that she still loves you but too stuborn to say it to your face...
Obviously she is crazy bout you. and as for the rumors that she is spreading its just like that she wants you to lose face to insure that you will come back to her.

think you should just forget about her. want to be friends and yet is mean to you and spread malicious rumours. sounds like she got some reservations against you. u offended her before? or maybe that's her natural disposition?
