Lots of people gradually develop lactose intolerance as they get older.
One of the reasons is that we consume so many milk products in the modern diet. So if there is a tendency to lactose intolerance, then it gradually becomes evident because we keep consuming these products.
Have less milk and cheese and instead eat yogurt. It is usually better tolerated as it is already broken down (digested) to some extent by the friendly bacteria in the culture.

Go to www.lactaid.com and read about lactose intolerance. There is milk you can drink that they sell at most grocery stores, too.

YES when ur body don;t get enough vitamins to produce enzymes that protect ur stomach wall from lactose bateria u'll be running like crazy :)

Sure, your body changes all the time. It's also possible that you're having digestive problems and you're reacting to the milk because of that. Try low-fat.
