when you have reports like the one today with suspected muslim terrorists supposedly planning to kidnap a muslim soldier and torture him in birmingham, then behead him and post it on the net.can you not understand as a nation all we see is muslims trying to harm us.[the british public]i appreciate not all muslims are terrorists but it seems that the incidents that occur these days are carried out by muslims, surely you would be helping islamiphobia as its called if you were seen to do more to root out these scum.as they use your mosques your islamic book shops and tend to live in your community.or is it a case of you simpley dont want to as you morally at least support these people.

This is their dirty little secret.
They all seem to play the victim card when it comes time to step up to the plate. How do you say, IT WASN'T ME, in Arabic?
And who will collaborate with the kuffar?

Do the English and Americans understand the hatred they receive and the reasons for it? Some do, and so do some Muslims. Unfortunately, those who do understand are usually the ones who do not deserve it. I am not saying violence is justified either way, but there is injustice, violence and bigotry a lot more than there should be in this world!
what the western civilisation should do but is refusing to do, is help the Muslims be part of the intellectual, cultural and financial standards we have. Only then will they understand that what they do is not helping anyone.

Yes, I Understand this, and I AM COMPLETELY AGAINST TERRORISTS AND EXTREMISTS. I am Muslim a NORMAL GOOD MUSLIM. I shouldn't have to say this.
The Extremists are CRIMINALS and bad deeds they do are CRIMES, they are MISGUIDED and have gone ASTRAY.
Please read this page as it explains why according to Islamic Jurisprudence what the DEVIANT 'Al-Muhajiroun' group's opinions are not correct.

I am not in England, I am in Canada. If I was there I would be calling the police on these stupid people, who are ignorant of the Islamic Knowledge they so desperately need. That is the solution, education and knowledge of proper, pure, Islam.

No, i don't honestly understand all this hatred...I know that there are many reports on 'radical muslim' terrorist plots and attacks but that doesnt indicate that people of other religions don't commit any major crimes.people have to realise that such crimes exist not because of the religion. do you honestly think that there will be billions of followers(and millions of converts) of Islam, if its message was 'to kill all non-muslims?'islamophobia exists due to the immense ignorance of Islam in the West. How many people who keep criticising Islam, the Qur'an and Muhammad(PBUH) have actually read the Qur'an or even come in contact with a real muslim? There are many many muslims out there who condemn these terorisms in the name of religion but are unheard of..the ones who turn to violence ,develop a feeling of hatred and revenge mainly bcos of how they were discriminated against for following a certain religion...

if they wouldn't let the world hate Muslims, then how would they justify the war against them. they must create fear in people against Islam for an excuse to do whatever they want to do.
this attack against Islam is happening some how every century, if you don't realize it by now that Islam is a unique religion, that's because it's the last religion from God and many will attack it either unfairly or fairly.
but the truth is different than that, we are people who are generous, love our children and family and want to live in peace.
regarding why people don't report? because man first Muslims don't know which one from which, they are normal people not the police. and many people don't want to get themselves in trouble. for example, in Detroit many crimes happen and you may see people walking away from it, they think "i have no business in this, i don't want to get involve in this mess". but i personally if i noticed something that is really suspicious, i will have to protect my country, my religion and protect Muslims by telling about him. but every Muslim scholar i have seen so far condemn terrorism.

I think the feelings toward Muslims are due to the fact that the ones who are not part of the radical group and are peaceful allow the others to live within their groups and do nothing about it.
I was just reading some of the other answers to this and some people can really rant and rave without ever making a point. Funny if it weren't so deadly.

Amazing Story Displaying the Justice of Islam
Samarkand was conquered by Said ibn Uthmaan during the Ummayad dynasty by means of a truce with the local inhabitants. Later during the reign of Walid Ibn Abdul Malik, in the year 96 Hijri, it was again conquered by Qutaiba Ibn Muslim. This time, however, it was conquered contrary to the spirit of Islam. The existing truce was broken and without any warning of an attack it was captured forcefully. This was against the command of the Qur'an, which prohibited the Muslims from waging war against a nation with whom a peace treaty had been reached.
The inhabitants accepted the conquest reluctantly fearing retaliation from the Muslims. When Umar ibn Abdul Aziz became the khalif of the Muslims, in the year 99 Hijri the news of his love for justice and his dislike for oppression reached the non-Muslims of Samarkand. They sent a delegation to him complaining of the unjust conquest of their city. The khalifa wrote to Sulaiman Ibn Abu Sarh, the governor of Samarkand, instructing him to appoint a judge to settle the case.
A judge was duly appointed. He heard the testimony of the inhabitants of Samarkand. He then called for witnesses from the army of Qutaibah Ibn Muslim who testified that Qutaibah had indeed broken the truce and attacked without warning. The judge ordered the Muslim army under the command of Qutaiba to immediately leave Samarkand. He further instructed all the Muslims who had entered Samarkand after this conquest to leave as well. He commanded a return to the truce that had existed at the time of the first conquest.
This verdict shocked the inhabitants of Samarkand. They had never expected justice of this magnitude. The command of the judge instructing the Muslims to leave Samarkand after they had established themselves for seven years displayed the overwhelming justice of Islam. They immediately convened amongst themselves and sent a delegation to the governor informing him of their surprise at the verdict in their favour. They were now prepared to waive their right and asked the Muslims to remain in Samarkand having total conviction that no harm would come to them from the side of the Muslims. This event caused many of the non-Muslim inhabitants of Samarkand to accept Islam. (Futoohul Buldaan, Baladhuri)
