my bf has stayed friends with his ex. he spent from 10pm-12 last night having coffee with his ex. then from 12-2am back at his place with her chatting. what do you all think about this?

you should ask your boyfriend what is really going on between him and his ex. then u should sit with both of them and let them know how you feel about their late night get togethers

This sounds very unreasonable on you. If I was in your shoes, it would definitely be a no-no for my lady friend.
The whole until 2 am thing is just ridiculous. There may be nothing in it, but he must acknowledge this looks bad.
If it is just friends, why don't you go along too and enjoy the friendship! To be honest, I think you should end it unless he starts treating you with some respect and not hanging around his ex for four hours til 2 in the morning!.

It could be good or bad, I know I see get along with my ex. Once you have known somebody iniately you tend to be more easy speaking to them about matters and sometimes to catch on news on friends that were shared.
But it also could be a problem, as many people will go back to what they known. It is easier to go to back shomething that is known, than build something new. So be careful!

Errm...he shldn't be spending that much time with her when he has a gf. But did he tell u all that and be honest with u. If he does, then trust him and don't worry about it...but if u found out abt it urself, then u need to confront him.
